This Viggen came to us after the customer had the idea that it was missing performance and a full treatment to get the viggen back up to date.
We had the honour of testing the viggen and fixing her. We also gave her some extra tlc :
The brakes all around wit new original viggen disks ans EBC redstuff pads
New bushings all around
Viggen resque kit
Powerflex steeringrack pu bush for the clamp
BG- Steeringrack flush
BG-Brake flush
BG-Coolant flush
New serpentine belt and everything that runs on the serpentine belt.

We started with the performance measurement to check if the feeling of the customer was right:

200.4HP and 306.8NM
Thats not enough, that ment it was time to start looking for the problems that could cause this lack of power.
We have found some leaking air valves, some issues in the serpentine belt ( waterpump), some air leaks, carter ventilation hoses where old and showed rips.
Time to repair the issues and while we are at it add some upgrades like the original Abbott motorsport support arm bearrings insted of the rubber ones.
The Simons exhaust, wich has a really good fit in case you where thinking of mounting that on your aero/viggen.
How mesmerising is this coulour? Even new brakes just look better!
After all this work we alligned the saab 3D to make sure its a straight shooter. It went very wel, no pulling to the left or right. Just the way it should be.
Then it was time to meassure once again how our diagnosis and repairs affected the performance
Insoric performance test after:
The results : 251 HP and 408.6NM
Thats an increase of 50.6HP and 101.8NM, 25 percent more power!
