Flushing the automatic transmission is the latest method to provide the automatic transmission with new oil.

What does flushing the machine entail?

We connect the Powerflush flushing device in series to the oil circuit, and then we add the special automatic transmission cleaner from BG to clean the automatic transmission, torque converter, crankcase and valve block.

We let this run for about 45 minutes with the automatic oil temperature higher than 45 degrees.

Finally, we go through all the gears to clean all the valves in the valve block.

then it is time to interrupt the circuit, the old oil is immediately collected in an old oil reservoir and at the same time the new oil is pumped in. This ensures that the old oil and the new oil do not mix and we achieve the best possible results when flushing the machine.

We rinse containers with a capacity of 7 to 8 liters with 15 liters of high-quality automatic oil with the correct specifications (which is different for each machine). We rinse containers with a larger capacity with more oil, which we tailor to each specific container.

Our experiences are that we can make automatic gearboxes that shift poorly to shift okay again, gearboxes that shift okay to shift well again, and gearboxes that were already shifting well to shift even better.

There are also experiences of gearboxes that switched poorly that they work perfectly again.

Whatever the problem with the automatic transmission, it starts with flushing.
